No open allocations right now.

Allocations follow our clients' cycles: some months open several, some open none. We do not keep a posting up just to collect CVs.

// talent pool

No posting today. The pool is the way in.

Leaving your profile in the talent pool is the most direct route: it is where we start when the next allocation opens, before any posting goes up.

// assessment

How the assessment works

Four stages, all run by us, all completed before any profile reaches a client. No CV is ever sent without having passed all four, and you know which stage you are in at any point.

  1. 01

    Interview with a psychologist

    The assessment opens with a conversation run by a psychologist. It reads what a CV does not show: how you handle technical disagreement, ambiguous scope and remote work inside a multidisciplinary team.

  2. 02

    Technical interview with a senior technical leader

    A conversation with someone who writes code, about decisions you made in real systems. It is not a syntax quiz: what is assessed is why you chose what you chose, and what you would do differently today.

  3. 03

    Practical challenge

    A challenge with a deadline to complete. Scope and time vary with the profile and the type of work. We assess the solution and the decisions it carries.

  4. 04

    Cultural fit interview

    The last conversation covers the client team the allocation happens in, the overlap window and the terms of the contract.

English is assessed in a conversation run by a PureCode assessor and rated on the CEFR scale. It is not self-declared and it is not a third-party certificate — the client sees the rating that came out of that conversation.

After the four stages, the client interviews and chooses. No profile is imposed on them, and no stage of ours is skipped to move faster.

// allocation

How the allocation works

  • You work as a partner professional under a PJ contract between your company and PureCode IT, invoicing monthly.
  • The allocation is inside a client engineering team, with scope and overlap window set in the contract.
  • The work is remote. The agreed presence is the overlap window stated on the posting, not hours tracked on a clock.
  • Your contract is with PureCode IT, in Brazil — you never contract directly with the client.
  • Renewal and termination are written down before signature.
  • Everyone allocated gets continuous follow-up from PureCode for the whole contract.

// your data

What happens to your CV

We do not promise a reply deadline, so we state the part you can verify instead: what we do with your data, for how long, and on what legal basis.

CV reading
If you authorize it, your CV is read automatically by the artificial-intelligence provider we use to pre-fill the form, and you review everything before sending. The PureCode team assesses the application. For the opening you applied to, the client company receives your professional profile and your CV without your contact details; your contact details are shared only when you advance in the process.
Application to a posting
Kept for 12 months after the posting closes, on the legal basis of preliminary procedures (art. 7, V of the Brazilian LGPD).
Talent pool
Optional and separate from the application. Kept for 12 months, renewable with your consent (art. 7, I). If you do not tick it, only the posting rule applies.
Deletion
To correct or delete your data, use the candidate area; if you prefer, write to [email protected].
