This policy describes how PureCode Tecnologia da Informação LTDA ("PureCode IT", "we"), Brazilian company registry (CNPJ) 20.266.724/0001-99, headquartered in Caxias do Sul, RS, Brazil, handles personal data collected through this website, as data controller.
Where your data lives. PureCode IT is a Brazilian company, and personal data submitted through this site is processed in Brazil under the LGPD — Brazil's general data protection law (Lei nº 13.709/2018), comparable in structure and rights to the GDPR. The rights described below apply to you regardless of where you are located.
What we collect
This site collects personal data in two situations. The first is when you submit the contact form: the data is what you type — name, work e-mail, company, and the description of what you need. On submission, an anti-bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) runs to protect the channel from abuse; it processes technical connection data and is operated by Cloudflare.
The second is page-usage measurement, which happens only if you consent: upon your acceptance in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. Without your acceptance, no analytics cookie is written to your browser. We use no advertising pixels and we do not sell browsing data.
Cookies
Essential cookies — required for the site to function and therefore exempt from consent: the session cookie, the cross-site request forgery (CSRF) protection cookie, and the cookie that stores your own choice about cookies (purecode_cookie_consent, valid for 12 months).
Analytics cookies — written only after you accept the notice shown on your first visit: Google Analytics cookies (_ga and variants), used for aggregate audience measurement, with lifetimes defined by Google and described in the tool's documentation. Before acceptance, the consent mechanism (Google Consent Mode) keeps these cookies blocked.
You can revoke or change your choice at any time through the "Manage cookies" link in the footer of every page. Revocation takes effect from the moment it is made.
What we use it for
Form data serves one purpose: replying to your inquiry. Reading what you wrote, answering at the address you left, and continuing the conversation if you choose to. You are not added to a marketing list and you do not enter an automated sequence.
Measurement data, when you consent, is used exclusively to understand aggregate page usage and improve the site. It is not used for advertising and is not cross-referenced with form data.
Legal basis
Form-data processing relies on Article 7, V of the LGPD — preliminary steps relating to a contract to which you (or the company you represent) may become a party, at your request — and, subsidiarily, on PureCode IT's legitimate interest in responding to inquiries you initiated (Article 7, IX).
Measurement-data processing relies on your consent (Article 7, I), collected through the cookie notice and revocable at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep contact data for as long as the commercial conversation and a legitimate relationship history require. If the conversation does not move forward, the data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period. You may request deletion at any time (see "Your rights").
Your cookie choice is stored for 12 months. Measurement data is retained by the analytics tool in aggregate form, for the periods configured in it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or trade your data. It passes only through the vendors strictly necessary to run the site: the hosting provider, the e-mail service that delivers your message to our team, the internal tool that notifies the team of a new inquiry, Cloudflare (site delivery and the form's anti-bot check) and, upon your consent, Google (usage measurement via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics). These vendors act as processors, under PureCode IT's instructions.
Some of these vendors process data outside Brazil. In those cases, international transfer takes place under Article 33 of the LGPD, to countries or organizations providing an adequate level of protection or under contractual compliance safeguards.
Third-party channels
Some pages offer shortcuts to talk to us on WhatsApp or to schedule a conversation through Calendly. When you use them, you interact with third-party platforms that handle your data under their own privacy policies — we recommend reading them. PureCode IT receives only the content you choose to send through those channels.
Your rights
Under Article 18 of the LGPD, you may request at any time: confirmation that processing exists; access to your data; correction; anonymization, blocking or deletion; portability; information about sharing; and review of automated decisions (which, for the record, this site does not perform).
You may also revoke the consent given for analytics cookies (Article 8, §5 of the LGPD) directly through the "Manage cookies" link in the footer, without writing to us.
To exercise any other right, write to [email protected]. We reply within the legal deadline. You may also contact Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD).
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site or to the law. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date at the top.
