This policy describes how PureCode Tecnologia da Informação LTDA ("PureCode IT", "we"), Brazilian company registry (CNPJ) 20.266.724/0001-99, headquartered in Caxias do Sul, RS, Brazil, handles personal data collected through this website, as data controller.
Where your data lives. PureCode IT is a Brazilian company, and personal data submitted through this site is processed in Brazil under the LGPD — Brazil's general data protection law (Lei nº 13.709/2018), comparable in structure and rights to the GDPR. The rights described below apply to you regardless of where you are located.
What we collect
This site collects personal data in exactly one situation: when you submit the contact form. The data is what you type — name, work e-mail, company, and the description of what you need. Nothing is collected silently: the site uses no tracking cookies, no advertising pixels, and no analytics tools.
Any cookies present are strictly necessary for the site to function (such as the session cookie) and do not require consent.
What we use it for
One purpose: replying to your inquiry. Reading what you wrote, answering at the address you left, and continuing the conversation if you choose to. You are not added to a marketing list and you do not enter an automated sequence.
Legal basis
Processing relies on Article 7, V of the LGPD — preliminary steps relating to a contract to which you (or the company you represent) may become a party, at your request — and, subsidiarily, on PureCode IT's legitimate interest in responding to inquiries you initiated (Article 7, IX).
How long we keep it
We keep contact data for as long as the commercial conversation and a legitimate relationship history require. If the conversation does not move forward, the data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period. You may request deletion at any time (see "Your rights").
Who we share it with
We do not sell or trade your data. It passes only through the vendors strictly necessary to run the site: the hosting provider and the e-mail service that delivers your message to our team. These vendors act as processors, under PureCode IT's instructions.
Third-party channels
Some pages offer shortcuts to talk to us on WhatsApp or to schedule a conversation through Calendly. When you use them, you interact with third-party platforms that handle your data under their own privacy policies — we recommend reading them. PureCode IT receives only the content you choose to send through those channels.
Your rights
Under Article 18 of the LGPD, you may request at any time: confirmation that processing exists; access to your data; correction; anonymization, blocking or deletion; portability; information about sharing; and review of automated decisions (which, for the record, this site does not perform).
To exercise any right, write to [email protected]. We reply within the legal deadline. You may also contact Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD).
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site or to the law. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date at the top.
