PureCode Tecnologia da Informação LTDA (PureCode IT, CNPJ 20.266.724/0001-99) has been operating since 2014 from Caxias do Sul, RS, Brazil. We work with companies that build and maintain proprietary software as a core operational asset — product companies, healthcare, fintech, agtech and education — not with agencies reselling development capacity.

## How we work


- Briefing diagnosed within 48 hours: our reading of the seniority, stack, hours to cover and what the search will prioritise. This is a diagnosis, not a list of CVs
- First 3 pre-vetted profiles within 7 days of the briefing
- Hire closed and developer working on the client's team within 15 days of the briefing
- Continuous follow-up of the allocated professional for as long as the contract runs
- Replacement guaranteed for the entire contract, with no cap on swaps and no additional cost; the replacement enters on the same four-rung ladder as the original allocation
- The client's working hours go into the briefing as a search criterion before sourcing begins; Brazil is UTC−3 year-round, so covering a US Eastern working day is a normal local working day rather than a night shift
- The client interviews and chooses; no profile is imposed
- Four assessment stages before any profile reaches the client: an interview run by a psychologist, a technical interview with a senior technical leader, a timed practical challenge, and a cultural fit interview
- English is assessed in conversation by a PureCode assessor and rated on the CEFR scale — not self-declared, not a third-party certificate
